The Elevate Career-Coaching Programme offers:

One-on-one sessions - by phone or Zoom: Tailored advice, strategies and action plans based on your individual needs, career aspirations, and current challenges. Sessions define short- and long-term goals and break them down into achievable steps.
“Taking your career to the next level by unlocking your true potential.” -
Self-Discovery tools - to help you understand your strengths, values, interests, and skills. This could involve personality tests, career inventories and personal development techniques to release blocks and limiting beliefs that are preventing you from achieving your full potential.
“Personalised coaching for your unique career goals” -
Job Search Support – Assistance with pre-employment activities such as CV and cover letter design, presenting oneself effectively in interviews and networking at industry events, along with ways to access the hidden job market.
“Empower yourself to take charge of your career.” -
Ongoing Support and Check- Ins - Follow up by email or text to check in with you in between sessions and hold you accountable to activities to be undertaken between appointments.
“Navigating your career change with confidence.” -
A Confidential Safe Space – Providing a confidential open and honest environment where you can discuss career concerns, challenges and ambitions free of judgment.
“Build the confidence you need to succeed.” -
Long-Term Career Development – Provision of long term support for your career growth and development in order for you to adapt to change and remain competitive in the job market.
“Enabling you to set clear goals throughout your career and achieve them.”

Service:
The parties agree to engage in the 6 sessions of the Elevate - Career Coaching Program. These can be delivered weekly or fortnightly, according to your preference.
Coaching sessions will be delivered by Phone or Online via Zoom.
Initial Coaching session (Week 1) is up to 90 minutes.
Following Sessions (Session 2-6) are up to 60 minutes.
Follow Up session (Within 4 weeks of completion) is up to 30 minutes.
Client has SMS & email support throughout the six sessions of the Elevate - Career Coaching programme
After the completion of the six sessions, the Client will be invited to continue with the Elevate – Coaching Programme, if the Client so wishes.
Prior to the service being commenced the client will receive –
- A career coaching agreement that must be signed by both parties
- A client questionnaire for the client to fill in and return to coach at least 72 hours prior to the first session
- A client journal that outlines a series of activities that may be used during the coaching sessions with notes for client journalling.
